Carmen was born in Puerto Rico, where she attended the University of Puerto Rico. She's spent 17 years in the plumbing industry, driving specifications with engineers, architects, designers, and mechanical contractors for Fortune 500 companies. Carmen is the Regional Sales Manager of commercial business for the Western US. She served as WOA Region 4 Liaison Representative for the Women of ASPE 2017-2019 and on multiple other ASPE boards!
